This ongoing project brings together a series of portraits of young people in spaces that reflect the transformation of the city, wastelands, construction sites, transitional zones… By working with the simple principles of portrait photography — posture, gaze, depth of field… — the aim is to capture the connection between the evolution of a generation and the cities in which it grows and develops. As a whole, the series seeks to reinterpret the photographed spaces as forms subject to change, where the ideas and actions of an increasingly engaged and reform-minded generation merge with spaces that could be envisioned differently.
