Light box

Wood, glass, LEDs

What should we do with these spaces created by the city, these fragments of nature, either designed or grown wild? The question opens up countless possibilities. This work focuses on spaces in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, ordinary and almost invisible places that have become embedded in the urban fabric and in the everyday lives of local residents. By introducing artificial light into these locations, LEDs and printing on Pictorico paper, the light seeps into the image, revealing as clearly as possible the spaces that surround us.
